- Change of mind: Unopened books in resaleable condition may be returned within 7 working days of delivery
- Defective or wrong item: Contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund
- Opened or used books: Not eligible for return unless faulty
- Refunds: Processed by EFT to the original payer after we receive and inspect the return
- Return shipping: Customer pays return courier unless we sent the wrong or a defective item
